  • When you are selecting your registration type, if you select Shipper Pass, please note that the JOC Events Team will verify that you qualify as a shipper. Shipper conference passes are valid only for cargo owners, and do not apply for carriers, NVOCCs, forwarders or brokers, 3PLs, truckers or other service providers.

Important Information

  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by February 20, 2026.
  • ALL refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received after February 20, 2026 and 'no shows' will be subject to the full conference rate.

  • You must provide the name, title, and contact information for the person you are substituting.
